As the Security and Loss Prevention Lead, I played a pivotal role in safeguarding company assets, personnel, and operations across multiple Air21 facilities. My responsibilities encompassed risk assessment, security planning, investigative functions, and liaison with law enforcement and emergency response agencies. Security Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Led comprehensive security risk assessments and reassessments for all Air21 sites. Identified vulnerabilities and developed proactive strategies to mitigate threats, ensuring a secure operating environment. Submitted detailed risk assessment reports to management with actionable recommendations.

Security Planning & Implementation: Designed and continuously updated security plans for each facility, aligning protective measures with evolving threat landscapes. Ensured that security protocols were effectively integrated into daily operations.

Security Testing & Evaluation: Conducted nationwide security drills and stress tests to assess the effectiveness of implemented security plans. Recommended enhancements based on observed gaps and emerging security trends.

Incident Management: Developed a Mobile Incident Report Response Form that would immediately deliver the details ahead of time to the operations team and come with an urgent temporary and or permanent resolution

Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Established and maintained strong partnerships with government agencies, emergency responders, intelligence networks, and law enforcement to enhance security intelligence and crisis response capabilities.

Fraud & Asset Protection Investigations: Led internal investigations into incidents of fraud, theft, and other security breaches that posed a risk to company assets and financial interests. Collaborated with relevant departments to prevent recurrence and enhance fraud detection mechanisms.

Loss & Damage Investigation: Conducted thorough inquiries into cases of loss or damage to company property, determining causes and implementing preventive measures.

Security Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Evaluated the performance and reliability of external security service providers. Assessed compliance with company security policies and industry standards, ensuring cost-effective and efficient security resource allocation.
