Assist the Security Manager with all security and safety issues within the site.

Conduct security and safety assessments of all critical areas within the facility.

Track the server rooms for any irregularities, such as critical temperature and relative humidity readings.

Conduct investigations into lost items, employee infractions, and workplace violence incidents within the facility.

Responsible for implementing the rules and regulations outlined in the Physical Security Manual of the company.

Monitor the operation of security systems, including proprietary alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.

Handle administrative tasks such as incident reports, operational reports, and other incident-related documents.

Train, measure, and evaluate the performance of security personnel, ensuring that all security functions are effectively performed.

Responsible for CCTV operations, asset movement, inspections, and performing other tasks as specified by the Security Manager/Site Lead.

As the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) at Bulldog Security Agency Inc., I was responsible for overseeing and managing daily security operations, ensuring the protection of company assets, personnel, and the facility. I acted as the main point of contact for all security-related matters, including incident management, investigations, and security system monitoring. My role involved ensuring the proper implementation of security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to address potential threats. I also supervised security personnel, ensuring that all team members were properly trained, equipped, and compliant with company security standards. Additionally, I coordinated with management and law enforcement to resolve security incidents, maintained administrative records, and ensured the security of critical areas within the facility, such as server rooms and sensitive equipment. My leadership and attention to detail helped maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring smooth operations and immediate responses to any security issues that arose.
