Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assisted the Associate Manager in enforcing security policies, ensuring strict adherence to protocols that safeguarded company resources and minimized risks.

Regional Operations Oversight: Supervised security and production operations across multiple regional hubs, ensuring seamless coordination between security personnel and operational teams.

CCTV Management & Monitoring: Oversaw the nationwide CCTV infrastructure, ensuring all surveillance systems were fully functional. Promptly identified and reported malfunctions to minimize security vulnerabilities.

Security & Safety Audits: Conducted quarterly Security and Safety Assessments and Vulnerability Audits to identify weaknesses and implement corrective measures, enhancing overall risk management.

Personnel Oversight & Payroll Accuracy: Verified Daily Time Records (DTRs) of security personnel to ensure compliance with the reverse billing policy, preventing discrepancies in security service expenses..

Incident Management: Developed a Mobile Incident Report Response Form that would immediately deliver the details ahead of time to the operations team and come with an urgent temporary and or permanent resolution

Incident Investigation & Fraud Prevention: Led investigations into security breaches, theft, and other incidents, providing actionable reports and preventive recommendations. Proactively monitored for fraudulent activities, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.

Rider Vetting & Background Checks: Conducted comprehensive vetting procedures for newly hired, active, and resigning riders, ensuring that only qualified and trustworthy personnel were part of the logistics network.

Parcel Accountability & Loss Prevention: Implemented strict monitoring measures to ensure that all parcels were properly accounted for, reducing the risk of theft, misplacement, or loss in transit.

Special Investigative Assignments & Management Directives: Took on high-priority investigative activities as assigned by management, delivering detailed reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.
