Assist the Sector Lead in all security and safety issues within the site; oversee the implementation of the Physical Security Policy, House Rules, and Access Control Policy of the company.

Handle administrative tasks, including incident and investigative reports, operational reports, and other security-related documentation.

Oversee all security operations, asset movement, inspections, and other tasks assigned by the Security Manager/Sector Lead.

Conduct security and safety assessments in all critical areas within the facility.

Investigate incidents of lost items, employee infractions, and workplace violence within the facility and operations.

Monitor security systems operations, including proprietary alarms, access control systems, and CCTV surveillance.

Train, evaluate, and measure the performance of security personnel to ensure that all security functions are effectively carried out.

Ensure compliance with government regulations related to security operations.

Conduct site analysis and develop contingency plans as per security requirements.

Oversee special security arrangements, coordinating with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Prepare and submit public and internal security documents, ensuring adherence to all external and internal guidelines.

Evaluate security policies and update them as needed to align with program objectives and emerging security concerns.

Develop and conduct security briefings to raise awareness among employees and stakeholders.

Coordinate with legal and facility departments to ensure proper network security and space allocation.

Design security goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term security strategies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the availability of secure information systems.

Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to government regulations.

Stay updated on current security issues and provide analysis and recommendations for security improvements.

Prepare and implement system security plans to enhance facility-wide security protocols.
